Q: Does search params minDuration and maxDuration apply to Span-Level or Trace-Level?

When I set minDuration=10ms and maxDuration=20ms, the search result shows the trace items which their total duration >1s ? Why? Does search params minDuration and maxDuration apply to Span-Level or Trace-Level?
