Moving drives / Jellyfin from one server to another

I've moved my setup from a UGREEN 4800+ to 8800+. I moved all 4 drives over and the data looks to be good and intact. I've got Docker/Jellyfin installed now and it seems to be trying to pick up from the original Jellyfin instance that I had (same container name). I'm hoping that I didn't lose all of my metadata from my original setup. I didn't do anything proactively to save anything ahead of time (was not aware of anything that needed to be done).

I've documented the details of what I have in this post on the Jellyfin forum. My container shows to be in a restarting status. I've tried shutting down and restarting the container as well as shutting down and restarting my server. Nothing changes.

Can anyone tell me what I can do to save this situation? Or do I just need to delete the container and start afresh?
