Add audio delay adjustment in the web player for Bluetooth device latency

Hi Jellyfin team,

I would like to suggest adding an audio delay / audio sync adjustment option in the Jellyfin web player.

Many Bluetooth headphones, speakers, and other wireless audio devices introduce a small latency delay, which can make audio and video feel out of sync. An adjustable audio delay would help users fine-tune playback to match their device and improve the watching experience.

This feature would be especially useful for:

• Bluetooth headphones with noticeable latency
• Wireless speakers
• External audio setups that do not match video timing perfectly
• Users who want a quick way to correct sync without changing hardware

A simple slider or offset setting in the player, similar to subtitle delay controls, would be enough. It would also be helpful if the setting could be remembered per device or per browser.
