Is there any way to manually specify an image as an attachment?

I have a couple of feeds that have an inline image in the article body at the top of the article and while they show up correctly when viewing the article directly in the web version of Miniflux, Miniflux is not actually filing them as attachments. Normally this wouldn't really be an issue, except for when I use a mobile iOS client and those feeds don't show an image preview (only feeds that have images as attachments populate the image previews on the mobile client).

I think this could be remedied by manually specifying an image as an attachment, but I've searched around for a way to do that with no luck. Does something like this exist?
