RTF 1.6.0 and 1.4.1 released

Robot Testing Framework (RTF) version 1.6.0 was released today and is now available for download at: https://github.com/robotology/robot-testing/releases/. This release is a new feature release, but the change over 1.4.0 are minimal, but this is the release compatible with YARP 3.1.0 .

Important Changes

• Visual Studio 2013 is no longer supported, due to the use of constexpr in VOCAB4 macro ( Make vocab constexpr robot-testing-framework#98 ).

Furthermore, we also relesed RTF 1.4.1, as the last bug fix release of the 1.4 series. See in the following the changelog.
