[Bug]: Could not download docker image kafka

Bug Description

Hi,

We are observing that docker image could not be downloaded.

Failed to pull image "quay.io/strimzi/kafka:0.45.0-kafka-3.9.0": failed to pull and unpack image "quay.io/strimzi/kafka:0.45.0-kafka-3.9.0": failed to resolve reference "quay.io/strimzi/kafka:0.45.0-kafka-3.9.0": unexpected status from HEAD request to https://quay.io/v2/strimzi/kafka/manifests/0.45.0-kafka-3.9.0: 502 Bad Gateway

Do you face the same issue and how to resolve it?

It's not a Strimzi bug, it seems that quay.io is having some troubles today. As maintainers we are having the same issue :-(
So there is no remediation, we need just to wait for quay.io to come back. I am sorry.
