Shaping the next gen of ThorVG: Refining APIs for Version 1.0

Hello, folks,

After the 0.15 release, we plan to release weekly pre-release updates as we move toward version 1.0 (End of 2024). Before we release such a major version, we have the opportunity to reorganize ThorVG’s features and APIs. We’ll remove outdated APIs and fix any inconsistencies. We’ll also clean up any features that aren’t particularly helpful for users. Since this is our only chance to make breaking changes to the API, we should take bold steps to create a better version of ThorVG. Let’s confidently remove awkward APIs and design a newly refined version.

Anyone who are interested in ThorVG, please share your opinions if something doesn't meet your needs or expectations. Feel free to suggest any improvements, API re-definition, we can make for the next generation of ThorVG together. Thank you.
