After last update chrome, mouse scroll is broken

Scroll down don't work on all sites (google), only if "Gestures for Google Chrome" is on. If i disable this, scroll work fine.
Win 7 x64. Chrome 61.0.3163.91. Gestures ver 1.13.4.

I've experienced the same issue, and found a workaround. Scroll down starts working again if you disable "use Mouse Wheel" under "Basics" tab in the settings.

Rightclick the gestures icon or paste Gestures settings address: chrome-extension://jpkfjicglakibpenojifdiepckckakgk/options_page.html

UPD: found that it's been known since dev version: Issue #18

I've found this workaround today too and then found this ticket. Is anybody still developing this extension?
