Charging Station POI - missing at "fee" filter the "donation" model

Description

There are 3 possible values at fee.
1: yes
2: no
3: donation

You miss option number 3 in osmand. I can not filter for donation. Only between yes and no.

Steps to reproduce

Open OSMand, search for charging station poi and then use the filter option and you would see only yes and no to choose from.

Actual result

Open OSMand, search for charging station poi and then use the filter option and you would see only yes and no to choose from.

Expected result

You should see in the filtering option yes, no, donation.
I would like for example to filter for no+donation together. The same like i can add a filter for chinese+italian restaurants at the same time and only show those two kitchens.
