Add the country code to the displayed and shared address

Describe the idea

When opening a point on the map the displayed address always looks like "{street} {number}, {city}". It would be nice to include the country code (PLZ in Germany) into this result like "{street} {number}, {countrycode} {city}".
This should also be added to the shared text.

Expected behaviour

Include the country code (PLZ in Germany) in a displayed or shared address.

Alternatives you've considered

Some other easy way to figure out the country code because I am currently depending on different sources each time.
