Arabic Translation of Osmose - 100% Complete & Ready for Testing

Hi Osmose developers,

I'm excited to announce that I've completed the Arabic translation of Osmose (osmose.openstreetmap.fr). The translation is 100% complete and I'm now requesting your assistance to test it on the live site.

Enabling Arabic language support would allow me to thoroughly review the translation in context and correct any phrases that might not be perfectly suited to the actual website interface. This will ensure the highest quality translation for Arabic-speaking users.

Could you please enable Arabic language support on Osmose so I can begin testing and making any necessary adjustments? I'm happy to collaborate with you and provide any required information.

Thanks for the new translation - I’ve just added it to osmose frontend, and it is available here: https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/ar/map/

This is great, thanks so much @jocelynj ! It's exciting to see the translation live.

I've been looking through it, and I have a couple of notes for the next steps:

• The most important one is the layout direction. For Arabic, it needs to be set to RTL (Right-to-Left) to make the text and interface align correctly.

• Also, I think I see why some parts of the site are still in English. If I remember correctly, Osmose has separate translation files for the frontend and the backend. I made sure to complete the translation for both, but it looks like only the frontend part has been deployed so far.

Whenever you have a moment, could you take a look at applying the backend translations as well? That should take care of the remaining untranslated components.

Happy to do a full review once everything is in place. Thanks again for all your help

Thank you so much for tackling the RTL issue! I've just tested it, and the layout looks perfect now. This is a fantastic improvement, and I really appreciate your effort on this.

I noticed that the issue was closed, but it seems that the second point from my original comment—applying the backend translations—is still pending. Because of this, many components and strings on the site are still showing up in English.

Would it be possible to reopen this issue to track the backend part of the translation? Or if you prefer, I can open a new, separate issue for it.

Ok. I was thinking the translation was missing. But the menu is content of frontend part.
