Safari's behavior for the past few years has been to block 3rd party cookies by default. This restricts how iframes can store data when loaded in Jira. This add on will not work with the 'Prevent cross-site tracking' setting enabled - which is the default.
The workaround is to either us a different brower or allow cross-site tracking cookies.
