Unable to Create, Save New application

When I try to create a new application, after clicking Save , I get a pop up message
"Error while adding New Application"
Please suggest how I could resolve this issue. I have sent an email req to [email protected] also.

Browser Debug Console reports:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
ApplicationFormHandler.jsx:392 Error while creating the application

I don't think they allow us to create new application now. Because I too got same error and when contacted they said I can only use the Default Application that already comes pre-configured.

Thanks for the prompt feedback. FYI, I was able to create new application few weeks back. All the demo videos also talk of new application creation. Could anyone from KSEC confirm whether users can create new application or not. Thanks in advance
