Ease of use enhancements needed

Various issues when parts of the setup are forgotten or misunderstood, and the testing is more brittle than it should be:

• Component tests rely on data in the database, which should be created by the code if the table is created.
• Replacement strings should be detected in usernames/passwords/hostnames/etc and warnings issued.
• Warnings needed if using the main ot4i repo - should be forked first.
• Might be able to warn if using OpenShift image registry in MiniKube
