Failed to install Panda on Debian 7 #943

I've tried to install Panda on my Debian Desktop. I've run the following script :

https://github.com/pandaproject/panda/blob/master/setup_panda.sh

The script always stops at the following step :

Downloading/unpacking sphinx==1.0.7 (from -r requirements.txt (line 16))
  Running setup.py egg_info for package sphinx

  no previously-included directories found matching 'doc/_build'
Downloading/unp

Do you have any clue ?
