Hello @huaiyumi and @dustine32
I hope you are doing fine.
PTHR24068 is a huge family with a duplication at its root. PAINT propagation is quite difficult since the downstream nodes do not all have the same function. Flybase suggested to split the tree into each duplicated nodes and I would agree to do so. Would this be possible ?

This is a UBC core domain containing family. This type of families is usually difficult to handle. The root is a duplication node with 17 child nodes. Based on pantree, they are all annotated to ubiquitin-like protein conjugating enzyme activity
ubiquitin-protein transferase activity as MF. They may have different BPs.
We will review it when we build PANTHER 17.
