Toast appears every time a light enters your inventory

Any time you put a light in your inventory, from crafting, picking it up, taking it from a chest, etc., a toast pops up saying "Craft hanging lights: The recipe book can help". This would be fine if it only appeared once, but it literally pops up every single time, even if you're moving lights within your inventory to a new slot. This message also sometimes hangs and remains in the corner indefinitely.

I'm having the exact same problem. I tried looking in the config, and the "client" config says something about the toast, but I'm not sure what exactly to do with it.

Also having the same issue in the newest version for 1.20.1
