_validate_response fails when post message #28

When posting a request, _validate_response fails to obtain message id from response header, because url has format 'host/sub_dir/logbook' and not as expected 'host/sub_dir/logbook/msg_id'

I found out this is because in elog.cfg the option List after submit is set to 1, elog thus redirects the use to the list view in the web inteface as intended. However, this breaks verification in py_elog
