Update Java version to use a real build system and define dependencies correctly

I went to pull this library into my project only to find out that this has absolutely no build system... none...

Please add a build system (e.g.; maven or gradle) and define your dependencies and which versions you are using instead of including them in the lib folder (this is a HUGE no-no in java projects).
