먼저 intellij의 우측 상단에 있는 디버깅 버튼 옆에 있는 버튼을 클릭하고, Edit로 들어갑니다.

그럼 다음과 같은 창이 나옵니다.
해당 창에서 Modify options를 클릭하고, Enviroment variables를 클릭합니다. 그럼 아래와 같이 입력칸이 추가됩니다.
새로 생긴 입력칸의 우측에 있는 버튼을 클릭해 다음과 같은 창을 띄웁니다.
해당 창의 ' + '를 클릭해 다음과 값을 차례로 입력합니다.

JWT_TOKEN_SECRET
qwerasdf134232asdfasdf2r12qrqwer234234234234234234234234234234234qwerasdf

설정 완료!
