Description

기존 유효성 검사 어노테이션으로는 다중의 언어(영어, 한국어) 의 바이트 지원, 개행 등등 여러 조건이 정상적으로 처리되지 못함.
이에 정규식으로 처리하는 부분으로 DTO 유효성 검사 수정하기
데이터 베이스의 경우 글자수 제한이 바이트 단위이므로 한글에 대응할 수 있도록 만들기
