ATLAS no recognised with port instalation #1

the config.py file looks only in the /usr/lib directory for atlas, but osx ports are installed under /opt/local/lib/

Hacking the configure file to

  for dir in ['/opt/lib', '/opt/local/lib']:

fixes this.

An alternative is to make configure look for the $ATLAS environment variables
