Displaying the latest version published regarding the doc #13

Currently the navigation tree is the following:

-> Perses
     |__ v0.42.0
          |__ API
          |    |__ Dashboard
          |__ Design-Docs

It would be nice to display the current doc from the last version directly at the root of the Perses tree. Like that:

-> Perses
     |__ API
     |    |__ Dashboard
     |__ Design-Docs
     |__ v0.42.0
          |__ API
          |    |__ Dashboard
          |__ Design-Docs

Or like prometheus you can select actually the version. Not sure if it's feasible
