What are they?

PREVENT even has a R implementation on CRAN -note that there is just one maintainer and it is unclear how much support will it see in the future. However, the package is good, containing tests and derivations of other params (like eGFR)
Where in ADaM should they go?
At Novo, cardiovascular risk scores can be calculated within ADLB or their own dataset (ADRSKSC - BDS with one parameter only). The latter is preferred as they are quite complex, involving LB, VS and subject level data. BDS datasets are used as you want a baseline and EOT value at a minimum.
