NewFileVersionner -> FileVersionner

We should remove the old class since the API is removed from FileReference and cannot be automatically migrated.
No need to have both FileVersionner and NewFileVersionner.

I checked but removing the old class is delicate since the API is different
So we can let it like that and see how to fix it in Pharo 15
