Spacing when using entity picture in Chips Card

When using a chips card, if you use an entity picture I've noticed the spacing between the picture and text is quite large.

When using the browser inspect element tool - it looks like mush-chip-padding is being applied to the text as well as the picture, rather than to both as one object. I hope that makes sense.
