Include CRDs in Helm chart

Currently the https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb-in-kubernetes/v2.0/deploy-tidb-operator/ deployment guide is not idiomatic and should use the `includeCRDs` as supported by Helm.

An example on how to use this with Kustomize would be nice! Thanks for the good product :)
