Error message when a user applies for a project "You are not allowed to do this"

Sometimes when a volunteer applies for a project the users gets this message "You are not allowed to do this". Jón Hilmar thinks this might be a CORS issue. This needs to be fixed.

One question @HermannBjorgvin, the times you encountered this issue, where you using Firefox?

ég get skráð mig í verkefni í Firefox, Safari og Chrome... en það kemur þessi melding núna ef ég skrái ekki inn neinar upplýsingar í 'Af hverju ég' kassan (sjá mynd). Ef hægt væri að sækja um án þess að merkja í þennan kassa þá sýnist mér þessi Böggur afgreiddur.
