Use App engine for GCP or Amazon ECS
GCP free tier can be used https://cloud.google.com/free
AWS free tier can also be used.

Share the admin access to [email protected]
Configure the deployment in such a way that whenever there is a push in master branch the new deployment occurs from that branch.
