Verification Command

Command sytax: !verify me or !verify @piyushchauhan

• fetch the discord username of the person who sent the message or the user mentions in the message.
• query the discord username from google spreadsheet and get the roll number and real name of the person
• assign the roles according to the roll number
• change the nickname to {discordUserName} - {realName}
