Describe the bug

When hovering the mouse towards the icon of the Discord. It do not have so called glowing effect while pointing towards them with mouse pointer.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Home Page
  2. Locate the mouse pointer to the "Join Discord" got the issue

Expected behavior

The Discord icon should hover when we take the mouse pointer on it
