Separate Page Reserved Height Setting based on webpage domain/device orientation/reader mode

As per the topic, it would be useful to be possible to have different Page Reserve Height Setting based on the 3 parameters
I) webpage domain
II) device orientation
III) reader mode

for I) webpage domain
some pages inherently require more height reserve (due to permanent website toolbar for example), and some would require less
II) same for device orientation
Generally less height need to be reserved when a device is in landscape mode

III) same for reading mode,
Generally less height reserve required for website in reading mode
