@myrmoteras this seems to be the stumbling block at this point. It shouldnt be too difficult to resolve. Im assuming most of the publications are articles, but Is there any logic which could be used to identify types automatically?

If these are all true, could infer that it is a Journal Article

Volume is not blank (16134)
VolumeTitle is blank (16788)
pagination is not blank (16876)
