Amcrest reboot service and playing custom mp3 (already implemented)

Hi Phil,
Excellent work on these enhancements! I am particularly impressed with the enable/disable recording services! Works like a charm.

Please add the camera reboot service I implemented in my repo: Line 63 and 119.
Should be copy/paste and release.

Also check out the play_audio service for playing a custom mp3 audio file on the camera:
starting line 128.

Feel free to steal and add to your component. Yours way supercedes mine!

Thanks! I'll definitely add these to the list of improvements I'm working on!

I think I'm to the point of not wanting to update or maintain my custom component anymore since pretty much everything has been, or is being, added to the standard component. And maintaining a custom component that is compatible with old HA releases is getting very difficult lately with all the breaking changes. (Believe it or not my main system is still running 0.84.6.)

It's still on the list, but as you may have noticed I've been a bit busy with getting Life360 integrated into HA's standard release, as well as some other projects. I do still hope to get around to this.
