I'm using nixOS 24.11 stable
Cosmic Desktop 1.0.0-alpha5.1 (2025-01-24)
Google Chrome (Version 132.0.6834.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) with fully Wayland set up.

I've installed Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp Web as PWAs. I use them normally, but sometimes I minimize them and try to open them again. Then, I encounter this issue.
