[BUG] Thick active window hints

Since Alpha 6 the active window hints are very thick on my system by default.

They're the same size as a scroll bar. Setting it to 1 is about equal to how it was before. I don't think this is intentional. Maybe it's scaling related?

Also it would make sense to cap this setting off...

Yeah might be related. What are your scaling settings?

I have the scale set to 200% on a 4K display.

That results in the borders being scaled 400%, which looks about right for your screenshot. See the linked PR for cosmic-comp, it is a simple fix.
