Need to figure out why the app thinks the file has been downloaded before and therefor delete it but for now this will at least make it work.

and #157 Need to add a button that opens the permissions to allow the user to allow "management of all files". For now the user needs to navigate to settings -> apps -> booksonic -> permissions -> storage and change it manually

…ORAGE I believe that Booksonic qualifies for the exception to allow it but at the end of the day it is Googles decision that matters and I would rather spend time on new features then argue about this so I am removing it again. This means that #198 and #196 are back. I will start to migrate to the android media store, this way it will at least be possible to use the media locations, that should be enough for most usecases.
