Add support to view and search labels in the Secrets list

Currently I prefix all my secrets with project name and environment in order to help to organize them at Portainer Secrets list. I would like to remove these prefix and move them to secret labels. However, I cannot view nor search secrets by label at Portainer Secrets list. I can only view labels when I click to see the details of each secret.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to view a new column at the Portainer Secrets list with my secrets labels. And to search secrets that have an specific label.

Something like GitLab does for filtering the list of issues.
