This is the conversation thread for the shift left as part of the API lifecycle. The goal is to keep fleshing out a concise outline for what shift left is, and how it applies to operations.

@meenakshi-dhanani can you provide any relevant links from your work on this subject here on this discussion? I am looking to establish a outline for what shift left is, so we can start using in blog posts and some video discussions.
