Auto-update enters loop unless app is manually quit and restarted - Inconsistent Issue

What happened?

When a new version of Specifai is released, the auto-update process prompts the user via a modal during app startup. However, in some cases, confirming the update causes the app to enter a continuous loop without completing the upgrade. The user is forced to quit the app entirely and restart it manually for the update to apply.

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure to enable "Check for Updates" in Settings
2. Go back to the previous version of Specifai Build
3. Launch the current version of the app.
4. Observe the update modal prompting the user to install the latest version.
5. Click Update on the modal.

Instead of updating, the app may repeatedly restart or hang in a loop.

Short Term Fix: The user must quit the app entirely and restart it manually for the update to take effect.

https://philo.dev/electron-auto-update-explained/ (it seems like a common bug due to shipit process) Before the installation is over the app restarts and the shipit process is killed and new instance is created. This leads to that loop issue. Though i am facing an issue while packaging. It requires me to package dev-app-update.ts. Even after adding it to build files it just downloads forever. Will try to fix it
