Actual Behavior

The dropdown arrows in both the primary and secondary navigation panels do not have the correct top padding on both main and 2.0 branches. This is part of the ongoing CSS audit in #309.

The arrow next to the p5 logo in the primary side navigation menu needs to be vertically center aligned. See image below:

Expected Behavior

Both dropdown arrows in the primary and secondary panels should have padding-top: 27.5px
The arrow should be vertically center aligned to the p5 logo on all screen sizes. See reference image below:

Steps to reproduce

Go to any page on p5js.org or beta.p5js.org that has a side navigation panel
Open Chrome DevTools
Inspect the dropdown arrows in both the primary and secondary panels
