Important

This is the most important core functionality left to implement.

EPSG.io doesn't have automated updates, and it's fallen years out of date. To avoid this, we need an automated process to pull in updates.

To use Dependabot, we'd have to migrate to managing dependencies with pip, poetry, or another supported package manager. I planned on doing this eventually anyway, just was rushing to get a working thing online :)

Conda ecosystem support is an open issue
