Drag tabs in a tabcontrol with UI.WPF.Modern style

I tried to use this library to reorder the tabs in a tab control that has the UI.WPF.Modern style. However when this style is applied to the application, the drag operation does not even start.

What could be the reason?

To reproduce the issue you can use a basic project to reorder tabs and include and initialize the UI.WPF.Modern library.
