Bulb not turned on using the "Gentle Wake Up" SmartApp #1

For some reason the "Gentle Wake Up" SmartApp does not work correctly with the IKEA bulb.

When the "Gentle Wake Up" starts it turns off the bulb.
When you turn on the bulb during the "Gentle Wake Up", everything goes fine.
