Can't transfer file

Im getting an error message loading the framework on my pyboard. I've factory reset the board multiple times and have disabled it from acting as a flash drive. Any insight?

Apologies for the delay getting back to you. Issues with file transfer can happen if either the flash drive on the pyboard is full or the file system has got corrupted. Both issues are usually fixed by factory resetting the file system using the method detailed here: https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/pyboard/tutorial/reset.html

I'm not sure what to suggest if that is not working, it might indicate a problem with the pyboard hardware. @alustig3 any thoughts?
