With Pyanodons Hard Mode, crafting speed is fixed at 200%, which breaks QOL Research mod #855

What is the problem?

With Pyanodons Hard Mode, every time opening the Factorio save, the player's crafting speed is set to 200%. If QOL Research grants a crafting speed buff during the lifetime of a save being opened, the buff will last until you save and quit. After opening the game/save again after quitting, it will once again be 200%.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a PyHard save.
  2. Grant yourself a crafting speed buff using QOL Research, and see that it applies correctly.
  3. Close and open the save.
  4. Player crafting speed is back to 200%.

Additional context

It seems like PyHard is subtracting from the QOL Research speed buff whenever the game opens. When I for example turned the buffs off in the settings during the save lifetime, the crafting speed went into the negative (since the buffs were sufficient)
