What is the problem?

I have migrated my py 2.x save to latest py3.0.
Some of Mega oil derricks that were installed are no longer available.
I checked and bitumen seeps where the inoperable derrick was placed, only MK 02 derrick was available.

Raw gas and tar did not cause such problems.

Steps to reproduce

1.Load my save that works with py2.x with py3.0.
2.Go to the image location and wait a few minutes.
