Specify API

Context

• We Decided to be explicit about API definitions https://github.com/pyiron/decisions/blob/main/decisions/25-001-split-api.md
• I ran into pyiron_ontology digging into semantikon modules when I got my IDE to refactor-rename semantikon.typing in Rename the typing module #170

Proposal

Let's specify the API so we can muck about a little without causing mandatory updates in other modules unnecessarily.

As a starting point, I would suggest to expose the following in __init__.py:

• semantikon.metadata.u
• semantikon.metadata.semantik (cf. Split up u #171)
• semantikon.workflow.workflow

Not so sure about workflow, because semantikon is not meant to be a workflow manager, and from my point of view workflow that we currently is serving only for tests, and a neat playground for you and me to define a new representation. So I don't think an average user would be able to make sense of it.
