Julius AI Workshop – Setup Instructions

Setup Workflow

1. Open Julius AI

https://julius.ai/

2. Create or log into your Julius account

You can sign up with email or Google.
If you already have an account, simply log in.

3. Activate workshop access

  • Click your profile icon in the top left.
  • Open Account.
  • Choose Upgrade Plan.
  • Enter the Institutional Code: PYLADIES
  • Confirm the upgrade.
    This enables full functionality for the workshop.

4. Download the dataset

Click here to download the dataset directly:
➡️ Download data.zip

After downloading, unzip the file to extract the four .csv files (the CLV dataset).
Keep the extracted files ready for upload in the next step.

5. Open the workshop notebook

Click this link: JuliusAI Notebook Link
When the notebook opens, select Duplicate to create an editable copy for yourself.

6. Load your data into the notebook

In your duplicated notebook, scroll to the section Load Your Data.

  • Select Add data sources
  • Upload all four .csv files you downloaded
    After uploading, the files will be available throughout the notebook steps.

You’re now ready to start working with Julius AI.
