Extend examples in Sphinx docs

## Describe your use-case
Right now the [usage Sphinx docs](https://configupdater.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html) show only a few examples. This makes it difficult to really understand ConfigUpdater.

## Describe the solution you would like to see for your use-case
Extend the examples to more typical use-cases.
